Whether she's torturing the people who do her or loved one's wrong, or playing beautiful music on her cello, she's always one step ahead and thinking of her next devious move. The 'Woeful Outcast' features a UV custom print school uniform, double-sided light flesh head, custom printed skirt and a tile thing to take with her on her adventures.
